New Sample: Printing Multiple Pages on One Page
When creating handouts, multiple pages of a document must be printed on a single page. When creating handouts, multiple pages of a document must be printed on a single page. Sometimes, printing multiple pages on one page is a feature of advanced printer drivers and can be adjusted in the appropriate printer settings.
But this approach depends on a specific printer type and we don't have any influence in the printing process.
We just published a sample project for TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms 15.1 that shows how to implement this independently from the printer driver using the standard printing functionality of the .NET Framework.
TX Text Control's Page Rendering Engine is used to render all pages as separate Windows metafiles which are drawn on the returned graphics object of the PrintDocument's PrintPage event.
