Meet Text Control at code.talks 2026: Spreadsheets, Documents, and More
Text Control is heading to Hamburg for code.talks 2026 on November 4-5. Stop by our booth to meet the team, explore our latest developer technologies, and be among the first to experience TX Sheet Control, our brand-new spreadsheet component. We will be introducing it to the developer community there.

We're heading to Hamburg next week for code.talks 2026, which will take place on November 4-5 at the Kinopolis HafenCity. We're bringing something new!
With over 3,000 expected attendees, more than 100 sessions, and 14 curated tracks, code.talks is one of Germany's most exciting developer conferences. The program covers topics ranging from software architecture and developer experience to AI, cloud technologies, and security.

Earlier this year, we announced that Text Control would be joining code.talks for the first time. After attending the conference last year, we knew it was a community we wanted to be part of. Now, with our booth preparations almost complete, we're excited to finally make it happen.
What better occasion to introduce a brand new product?
Introducing TX Sheet Control
code.talks 2026 marks the soft launch of TX Sheet Control, our new spreadsheet technology for developers.
After decades of developing powerful document processing components, we are expanding into spreadsheets. TX Sheet Control brings Excel-compatible spreadsheet functionality, interactive dashboards, and workbook processing to modern applications.
With TX Sheet Control, developers can integrate a familiar spreadsheet editing experience, work with workbook data, create interactive dashboards, and generate XLSX and PDF reports.
What makes TX Sheet Control particularly exciting is its combination of traditional spreadsheets and interactive dashboards. Rather than treating spreadsheet data and visualizations as separate workflows, developers can combine them in one integrated solution.
Like TX Text Control, TX Sheet Control is designed for developers who want to build these capabilities directly into their own applications.
At code.talks, visitors can get an early, hands-on look at the technology, explore its capabilities, and speak with the developers.
We're especially interested in feedback from developers. What spreadsheet functionality do you need in your applications? Which workflows could benefit from integrated dashboards? Come by and tell us!

And of Course, TX Text Control
We're bringing more than just spreadsheets to Hamburg.
Our team will demonstrate the latest TX Text Control developments, including document editing, server-side processing, PDF generation, and document automation.
We look forward to discussing our work on WebAssembly-based document editing, which brings the rendering engine directly into the browser. We will also talk about our Text Control AI technologies, which integrate private AI models and document processing workflows.
If you're developing business applications, document automation systems, reporting solutions, or AI-powered workflows, we'd love to show you the possibilities.
A Developer Conference in a Movie Theater
One thing we really like about code.talks is its location. Instead of taking place in a conventional conference center, the event is held inside a modern movie theater.

It has large screens, comfortable cinema seats, and a packed program of technical talks. And, since it's a movie theater, there's an added bonus: Free popcorn and nachos all day long!
As always, though, we're most looking forward to the conversations between sessions. We enjoy meeting developers, discussing technical challenges, exchanging ideas, and hearing how people are building software today.
That's why we participate in so many developer conferences throughout the year. These conversations are invaluable to us and directly influence how we develop our products.
From Code to Concerts: The Legendary code.talks After-Party
The fun doesn't stop when the conference sessions end!
On day 1, code.talks is taking over Docks, one of Hamburg's most legendary music venues located on the famous Reeperbahn. Starting at 6:30 p.m., conference attendees can enjoy an evening with food and drinks included, entertainment on two floors, and a secret live performance.
The venue itself has quite a history. Originally established as an entertainment venue around 1900, the building became one of Hamburg's earliest movie theaters, known as Knopf's Lichtspielhaus. In 1988, it was transformed into Docks and quickly became a landmark of Hamburg's music scene.
Over the decades, its stage has hosted legendary artists, including David Bowie, Metallica, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Iggy Pop, and Coldplay. After performing there in 1997, Metallica famously described Docks as the best club in the world.
Now, this legendary venue will host thousands of conversations about code, technology, and everything in between.
With great music, an iconic location, and food and drinks provided, it sounds like the perfect way to end the first day of the conference.
See You at Our Booth!
Our team is looking forward to two exciting days in Hamburg. Stop by to meet us, learn about TX Sheet Control, explore our latest document technologies, and pick up some Text Control conference swag!

We're thrilled to join the code.talks community for the first time and celebrate the next chapter of Text Control technology with developers in Hamburg!
See you next week!
