Text Control pre-announced TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms as a new addition to the product line alongside the existing ActiveX editions. Both TX Text Control Standard and TX Text Control Professional would continue to receive full support and updates during the .NET transition.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Charlotte, NC, United States (November 28, 2001) - We would like to announce that TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms will be available shortly after Microsoft has released the final version of the .NET development environment. We expect this to be in the first quarter of 2002.
TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms will be an additional product to the TX Text Control range. The ActiveX versions (TX Text Control Standard and TX Text Control Professional) will still be fully supported and continually updated.
We are very interested in hearing your comments on TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms and generally about Microsoft's new platform. Most of all, we would be delighted to hear about the .NET-based products that you are planning to create with TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms.
