Text Control is returning to BASTA! in Mainz as a sponsor and exhibitor. Visit our booth to meet the team, pick up one of our popular sunglasses or yo-yos, and get a hands-on preview of the upcoming WebAssembly version of the TX Text Control document editor.
BASTA! is a staple in our conference calendar, and we are returning to Mainz this fall as a sponsor and exhibitor once again. The conference will take place from September 28 to October 2, 2026, at the Rheingoldhalle in Mainz. The main conference and expo will run from September 29 through October 1.

We have exhibited at BASTA! conferences since 2009, making it one of our longest-running conference partnerships. Over the years, it has become much more than another stop on our event schedule. It is an opportunity to meet customers, talk directly with developers using our technology, catch up with friends from the .NET community, and discuss the future of application development.
See the Upcoming WebAssembly Document Editor
One topic will have a particularly prominent place at our booth this year: The upcoming WebAssembly version of the TX Text Control document editor.
We have been working to bring our document editing technology directly into the browser using WebAssembly. Rather than relying on a permanent WebSocket connection to a server-side editing instance, the new architecture incorporates the document editing engine into the browser.
For developers building modern web applications, this represents a fundamental architectural change. Document editing can take place on the client side while maintaining the rich document processing and WYSIWYG capabilities that developers expect from TX Text Control.
At BASTA!, you can see the new version in action and speak with our team about the technology behind it, migration scenarios from existing TX Text Control web applications, and the implications of this new architecture for scalability and deployment.
If you are curious about the future of browser-based document editing with TX Text Control, stop by our booth and ask us for a WebAssembly demo.
Document Processing for Modern .NET Applications
WebAssembly is just one part of what we will be demonstrating. Our team will also be available to discuss the full TX Text Control technology stack for integrating professional document processing into .NET and web applications.
If your project involves creating PDF and DOCX documents, implementing reporting and mail merge, processing documents on Linux and in containers, adding electronic signatures, or embedding a full document editor in a web application, please bring your questions and use cases.
BASTA! brings together developers who work with .NET, C#, web technologies, software architecture, AI, DevOps, cloud development, security, and related technologies. This makes it an ideal environment for these kinds of technical conversations. The 2026 program extensively covers current .NET and C# technologies, as well as AI and modern software architecture.
Text Control on Stage: Malin Teegen
We are very excited that Malin Teegen will be part of the BASTA! speaker lineup once again.
She is the head of strategic accounts and marketing at Text Control and is officially listed among the BASTA! speakers. Having members of our team contribute to the conference program is particularly important to us. BASTA! has always been about more than just showcasing technology. It is a community where developers, architects, speakers, and technology companies exchange experiences and ideas. We are proud to contribute as both a sponsor and a speaker.
Yes, There Will Be Sunglasses. And Yo-Yos.
No Text Control conference booth would be complete without something to take home. After seeing our sunglasses at developer conferences all over this year, we are bringing them to Mainz as well. This time, we are adding Text Control yo-yos to the mix.

Even if you already know everything about PDF generation, document processing, and WebAssembly, there are still good reasons to visit us.
See You in Mainz!
BASTA! has been a staple of the Text Control event calendar for years. We look forward to another week of technical discussions, customer meetings, and conversations with the .NET community. Visit the Text Control booth to meet our team, grab some sunglasses and a yo-yo, and, most importantly, check out a live demo of our upcoming WebAssembly Document Editor.

We look forward to seeing you in Mainz!
