ReportingCloud: Web API Health Status Page
ReportingCloud launched a health monitoring page providing live availability data for the Web API, portal, and backend. The page shows operational status and reported incidents with team updates, and will add historical uptime tracking and notification alerts in future releases.
ReportingCloud is used in business critical applications to create documents such as invoices or quotations. We just released a health monitoring page for our Web API ReportingCloud that shows the live status and reported incidents. You can find that page here:
This very simple web application gives a live overview of ReportingCloud areas such as the Web API, portal and the backend.
In our opinion, transparency and open communication about the service availability and current incidents are an important aspect to build trust in our services. Incidents are listed on the overview page as well. Our team is dedicated to update the status on known issues to provide transparent information on incidents.
This is a first version of the status page. We are working on more features such as history health checks, uptimes and notifications by e-mail, webhooks or SMS. Stay tuned for more updates.
Reporting
The Text Control Reporting Framework combines powerful reporting features with an easy-to-use, MS Word compatible word processor. Users can create documents and templates using ordinary Microsoft Word skills. The Reporting Framework is included in all .NET based TX Text Control products including ASP.NET, Windows Forms and WPF.
