The Imaging Source Announces Its PDF/A Activities
An upcoming release of TX Text Control will add PDF/A document creation and conversion from Office Open XML (DOCX), MS Word (DOC), and Rich Text Format (RTF) sources. The ISO 19005-1 standard governs long-term electronic archiving and ensures verifiable, vendor-neutral document output.

We just announced our activities in the PDF/A market. With the next version of the word processing component TX Text Control, PDF/A documents can be created or converted from the industry standard formats Office Open XML (DOCX), MS Word (DOC) and Rich Text Format (RTF).
