Press Release: TX Text Control Gets Ready for Microsoft 'Whidbey'
Text Control has confirmed that TX Text Control will be fully compatible with Visual Studio Whidbey, the next Visual Studio .NET release expected in early 2005. Following company policy, only the final production build is supported, not pre-release Microsoft tool versions.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Charlotte, NC, United States (December 3, 2004) - Microsoft is expected to release the next version of its Visual Studio .NET development product in the first half of 2005.
Visual Studio Whidbey will introduce new features that improve the overall usability and effectiveness of Visual Studio .NET, as well as a new .NET application lifecycle initiative.
TX Text Control will be fully compatible to the final version of Visual Studio Whidbey. It is company policy not to support alpha or beta versions of Microsoft development tools.
