What an incredible event! code.talks 2026 in Hamburg brought together thousands of developers, technology enthusiasts, and industry experts for two days of knowledge sharing, networking, and inspiring conversations. For Text Control, it was the perfect opportunity to connect with the developer community, introduce our newest product — TX Sheet Control — and have fun. Once again, Hamburg proved to be a fantastic location for one of Germany's most exciting developer conferences. With a packed agenda, an enthusiastic audience, and an amazing atmosphere, code.talks delivered everything we love about developer events. Hundreds of Conversations and a Fantastic Developer Community Our booth was busy throughout the event. Over the two days, we spoke with hundreds of developers about their projects, the technical challenges they face, and the technologies they use to build modern applications. Topics ranged from document processing and PDF generation to browser-based editing and enterprise reporting. We found it particularly interesting to hear how developers are approaching modern application architectures and integrating sophisticated document functionality into their solutions. Events like code.talks remind us why we invest so much in meeting with developers in person. There's no substitute for good technical conversations, live demonstrations, and direct feedback from people who use our products. It was also great to catch up with so many friends and partners from the industry. Introducing TX Sheet Control One of our biggest highlights was introducing TX Sheet Control, our new Excel-compatible spreadsheet component for modern applications. At a major developer conference for the first time, we showcased the latest addition to the Text Control product family and demonstrated how developers can integrate powerful spreadsheet functionality directly into their applications. TX Sheet Control combines a WYSIWYG spreadsheet editor with interactive dashboards and server-side processing of spreadsheets. With TX Sheet Control, developers can work with Excel-compatible workbooks, formulas, tables, pivot tables, charts, and advanced data visualizations without depending on Microsoft Excel. The response was fantastic. We had numerous discussions with developers looking for alternatives to existing spreadsheet components, particularly those who value comprehensive functionality, straightforward integration, and perpetual licensing. Although TX Sheet Control is not yet available for download, developers can explore its capabilities through our interactive live demonstrations. Popcorn, Nachos, and TX Fuel A great developer conference requires more than just great code. Since the conference took place in a cinema, attendees enjoyed freshly prepared popcorn and nachos both days. Whether they stopped by for a technical discussion, a product demonstration, or a snack between sessions, there was always something happening. We also brought our own energy drink, TX Fuel, to keep everyone powered up during the conference. The combination of software demonstrations, engaging conversations, complimentary snacks, and refreshing energy drinks made our booth a popular meeting place throughout the event. A PlayStation 5 and a LEGO Star Wars Star Destroyer Of course, we couldn't attend code.talks without bringing some exciting prizes. This year, we held a raffle for a Sony PlayStation 5 and an impressive LEGO Star Wars Star Destroyer. Both prizes attracted a lot of attention, and we had a great turnout for the giveaway. Congratulations to our lucky winners! We hope you enjoy your prizes as much as we enjoyed giving them away. The raffle was another great way to bring the developer community together and end the event on a high note. Thank You, Hamburg! After two busy days filled with countless technical discussions, numerous product demonstrations, and two fantastic giveaways, we left Hamburg with plenty of new ideas, valuable feedback, and wonderful memories. Thank you to the code.talks organizers for putting together such an outstanding event and to everyone who visited our booth. We also thank the developers who shared their experiences and ideas with us. We particularly appreciated the enthusiasm surrounding TX Sheet Control. Introducing a new product directly to the developer community and receiving immediate feedback is what makes these conferences so valuable. Hamburg, you were fantastic! Thank you for two amazing days, and we'll see you again next year! In the meantime, keep an eye on our blog for more news about TX Sheet Control and our upcoming product releases.
