Back from BASTA! Spring 2010 - Some Impressions
Text Control recaps BASTA! Spring 2010 in Darmstadt, where the booth drew strong developer attendance and version 15.1 generated significant interest. A packed session covered the Open XML SDK 2.0 December 2009 CTP, and a new vendor partnership was previewed during the week.
We just returned from a great conference week in Darmstadt where Germany's largest .NET conference took place.
A lot of great speakers and the industry leading component vendors met to share their knowledge with the highly professional attendees. We had a lot of great discussions on our micro-booth where we presented our latest versions and projects including a co-operation with the leading UI component vendor. This co-operation will be officially announced in the next weeks.
I was very happy that our booth was very crowded. The interest in our new version 15.1 was very high and we also gathered interesting input from existing users. Thanks for all your support! On our booth, we distributed our new great looking "TX" Text Control baseball caps.
On Tuesday, I gave a fully occupied session about the Open XML SDK 2.0 (December 2009 CTP) presenting the advantages and the limits of using the SDK to create documents.
The next conference where you can see TX Text Control is the Visual Studio 2010 Launch in Las Vegas (12-14 April).
