Building a Symbol Dialog Box
This sample demonstrates building a symbol insertion dialog for TX Text Control, modeled after the Insert Symbol feature in Microsoft Word. Users browse available symbol fonts and insert selected characters directly into their documents, with full source code in the library.

If you occasionally use Microsoft Word, you will no doubt be familiar with the insert symbol dialog box. Using this dialog, you can insert symbols using different symbol fonts into your current document.
Last week, I received an inquiry from a TX Text Control customer who wanted to add such a feature to his application. Although at first glance, this seems like a simple task, in detail it is a little tricky.
I would like to share the solution that we came up with.
