Text Control at DDC 2025: Bringing Next-Generation Document Technology to the .NET Community
This week, we exhibited at the DDC 2025 conference in Cologne. It's a small but important event for the .NET community in the German-speaking world. For us at Text Control, it was an opportunity to meet with many developers, customers, and friends, as well as present our latest technologies directly to the people who build real-world applications.

This week, we exhibited at DDC 2025 in Cologne, a small but important event for the dotnet community in the German-speaking world. For us at Text Control, it was an opportunity to meet many developers, customers, and friends, as well as to present our latest technologies directly to the people who build real-world applications.
We spoke with many interested attendees about our .NET libraries for automating document processing. Interest in modern document processing and our latest version of Text Control was strong. Many visitors came with specific needs, such as generating compliance-ready PDF documents, improving accessibility, and replacing outdated library-based document workflows. These conversations once again confirmed how essential reliable document technology has become for enterprise software.
Showcasing the Latest in Document Technology
At our booth, we presented our new Text Control release, which includes support for the latest .NET platform, significant enhancements to PDF and PDF/UA workflows, and updated dialogs for the online document editor. We also demonstrated how developers can build scalable document pipelines on Windows and Linux with full feature parity. The feedback was extremely positive, and many visitors were impressed by the speed and accuracy of our MailMerge and large-volume processing capabilities.
The conference was also a great opportunity to demonstrate how Text Control enables new scenarios for digital signatures, metadata management, and long-term archiving. Many attendees approached us because they are looking for stable, secure alternatives to open-source solutions that have recently reached their limits in enterprise environments.
Connecting with the .NET Community
The atmosphere at DDC was outstanding, beyond the technology. The rooms were full, and the discussions were open and productive. It was a pleasure meeting colleagues, longtime friends, and many new faces at the booth and during evening events. The interest in our work and the positive energy surrounding the conference made the entire week special for our team.
We wrapped up our conference year with DDC 2025. After exhibiting at fourteen conferences, it was our last event in 2025. We are already planning for the next conference season and will be adding several new events. There is much more to come!
Once again, DDC proved how strong and vibrant the .NET community is. Thank you to all the visitors who stopped by our booth and to those who participated in the many inspiring conversations. We look forward to continuing the discussion and supporting your next document processing projects.
