As there is a fully featured and fully functional, thirty day evaluation version of TX Text Control Server for ASP.NET (incl. Windows Forms) (unlike for TX Text Control ActiveX Server), we have been forced to update TX Text Control Server for ASP.NET (incl. Windows Forms)'s licensing agreement.

The following paragraph is new for TX Text Control Server for ASP.NET (incl. Windows Forms):

9. Trial version limitation

If you are installing a trial version of TX Text Control Server for ASP.NET (incl. Windows Forms), it is forbidden to:

  • install the trial version on a production server
  • distribute or sell an application with the trial version
  • delete the additional trial text that is added to the created documents.

With the exception of the above paragraph, the licensing aggreement for TX Text Control Server for ASP.NET (incl. Windows Forms) is the same as for TX Text Control ActiveX Server.

If you are planning to deploy TX Text Control Server for ASP.NET (incl. Windows Forms), I suggest that you read through the licensing agreement in full.
