Marked text fields or 'macro fields' can be easily inserted into TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms documents. Typical applications for marked text fields include mail merging, quotation, and report generation.
Marked text fields are typically connected to a database, in which plain or formatted text can be loaded. All rich formatting options supported by TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms can be used. The loaded data populates a previously prepared template, creating a complete document and the resulting document can then be processed further.
TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms offers specialized fields for hyperlinks, targets, and page numbers.
