WIC support
Windows Imaging Component (WIC) support
TX Text Control .NET Server now uses Windows Imaging Component (WIC), a Component Object Model based imaging codec framework for working with and processing digital images and image metadata.
Client printing
Direct, client-side printing support
In TX Text Control .NET Server, the Web.TextControl is able to print documents directly by opening the native browser print dialog.Drag & drop and client clipboard support
Drag & drop and client clipboard support for Web.TextControl. The HTML5-based Web.TextControl has been extended with full drag and drop support. Insert MS Word DOC, DOCX, RTF, and image files directly into Web.TextControl.
Copy and paste formatted content from the client (MS Word, OpenOffice, browser, etc.) to the editor.

The ribbon bar is fully collapsible and scrollable if available space is limited. Additionally, the ribbon bar can be fully customized using a ready-to-use CSS file.
Fully featured spell check dialog
Fully featured spell check dialog with suggestions. TX Text Control .NET Server X12 provides a fully featured spell-check dialog for Web.TextControl in combination with TX Spell .NET. It provides the same functionality as its Windows Forms counterpart, including suggestions, full editing mode, ignore, and change options.
The jQuery-based dialog is built using the new SpellingCorrectionUIProvider of TX Spell .NET, enabling easy creation of customized spelling dialog boxes.
Direct, client-side printing support
Direct client-side printing with integrated print preview. In TX Text Control .NET Server X12, the Web.TextControl is able to print documents directly by opening the native browser print dialog. This enables developers to utilize the integrated print preview, to change the printer settings, and to print content directly.
Server-side API: Programmable Web.TextControl
Programmable Web.TextControl API for server-side tasks. Web.TextControl provides the same interface to TextParts like the non-UI component ServerTextControl. That enables the iteration through all TextParts including the MainText, TextFrames, and HeaderFooter objects.
These TextPart objects provide a Selection object that can be used to get and set formatted text and to interact with the content.
Localization support
Web.TextControl now supports full localization for UI elements. The ribbon bar, dialog boxes, error, and information messages of Web.TextControl can be translated into various languages.
Windows Imaging Component (WIC) support
WIC support enables image export and insertion of TIF, GIF, DICOM, PSD. TX Text Control .NET Server X12 now uses Windows Imaging Component (WIC), a Component Object Model-based imaging codec framework for working with and processing digital images and image metadata. The Tagged Image Format (.TIF) and Graphics Interchange Format (.GIF) image formats can now additionally be used for exporting images.
This feature also enables the insertion of other formats such as DICOM (DCM, DC3, DIC) or Photoshop files (PSD) with a specific installed codec.
Visual Studio 2015 compatibility
Complete support for Visual Studio 2015, including IntelliSense. As an active member of the Microsoft Visual Studio Industry Partner Program and as an official Visual Studio 2015 Sim-Ship Partner, we have committed to support new versions of Visual Studio and to make sure that our products work seamlessly with Visual Studio 2015.
We implemented and tested our setups, the toolbox support, help integration, IntelliSense support, and many more features with the final RC versions of Visual Studio 2015 to guarantee complete compatibility with our products.
