Simple per-developer licensing with included server runtime
Developer Licenses
The number of developers working on a TX Text Control .NET Server based application determines the number of developer licenses. One developer license is required for each developer. Consider the following example:
Five developers are working on one TX Text Control .NET Server based application: Five developer licenses are required.
Runtime Licenses
TX Text Control .NET Server requires a runtime license for each production server. A developer license includes two runtime licenses. Additional runtime licenses can be purchased if needed.
However, more than one TX Text Control .NET Server based application can run on a single server. Consider the following examples:
Four TX Text Control .NET Server based applications are running on one server: one TX Text Control .NET Server license is required.
Four TX Text Control .NET Server based applications are installed on three servers: three TX Text Control .NET Server licenses are required.
