Restrict document formatting and editing for content security
When applying document protection with TX Text Control .NET Server, it is possible to define whether the document is completely locked or formatting can be applied.
Protecting Documents with Editable Regions
Editable regions are exceptions within protected documents that can be defined by a start position and length or through a selection. These regions can be nested and overlapped, and each editable region is associated with a user through the UserName property. Only this user can edit the region when the document is set to read-only, increasing document security.
