Text Selections and Character Input
Font manipulation and caret position information classes
Two of the most commonly used classes in TX Text Control ActiveX are Selection and InputPosition. They are used to manipulate text and to retrieve or set the text at the current input position from the program code.
Selection
The Selection class can be used to select parts of a document and replace them with other text blocks.
InputPosition
Developers can retrieve information about the caret's current line, column, and page using the InputPosition class. Additionally, the caret position can be changed, and text can be inserted into any part of the document.
