Marked Text Fields
Database-driven text fields for mail merge applications
Marked text fields or 'macro fields' can be easily inserted into TX Text Control ActiveX documents. Typical applications for marked text fields include mail merging, quotation, and report generation.
Marked text fields are typically connected to a database, in which plain or formatted text can be loaded. All rich formatting options supported by TX Text Control ActiveX can be used. The loaded data populates a previously prepared template, creating a complete document and the resulting document can then be processed further.
TX Text Control ActiveX offers specialized fields for hyperlinks, targets, and page numbers.
