Clipboard Operations
Built-in clipboard operations with HTML and RTF support
Typical clipboard operations, such as Cut, Copy, and Paste, are built into TX Text Control ActiveX and require no additional programming effort.
In addition to plain text, HTML, and RTF, TX Text Control ActiveX automatically uses TX Text Control as a clipboard format to exchange formatted text and images with other Windows applications.
By default, TX Text Control uses the format with the most available information about the content.
Clipboard Support with 'GetClipboardFormats'
TX Text Control provides programmers with an easy way to change the default behavior for pasting data from the clipboard as plain text or other formats. TextControl.GetClipboardFormats returns an array of formats currently stored in the clipboard that can be pasted into TX Text Control ActiveX.
Developers can easily make clipboard operations available to end users via menu items and direct keyboard shortcuts.
