Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our products via email, live chat and in phone calls.
• Reproduce issues and discuss them with development teams.
• Contribute to the product development based on issues and requests.

Your profile

• Enrolled student in computer science, physics, mathematics or a similar field.
• Good English oral/written communication skills.
• Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, Angular or any other framework and language (beginners are welcome!).
• Self-motivated, inquisitive and persistent.
• You enjoy working in small, dedicated teams.
