We exhibited at BASTA! in Mainz last week as a long-term sponsor. As always, this conference is a highlight for us because we have a long-standing relationship with it and have built many client relationships over the years. Hearing feedback from existing clients is invaluable for shaping our roadmap. Markdown Support and More

We showcased our latest versions and highlighted current trends, including our new Markdown support feature. This feature bridges the gap between traditional word processing and modern, lightweight formats. MS Word DOCX files can now be converted into clean, structured Markdown, which makes them easier to store, process, or feed into AI pipelines. Conversely, Markdown files can be effortlessly transformed back into professional PDFs with consistent layout and styling. This flexibility allows developers and organizations to work seamlessly across different tools and workflows, whether they're preparing enterprise documents for AI, simplifying collaboration in Git repositories, or generating polished, print-ready documents directly from Markdown.

34.0 Beta and Upcoming Features

Unfortunately, we were unable to showcase our latest 34.0 beta at the conference because it was finalized just a few days afterward. Stay tuned, though! Very soon, we will share the first screenshots and in-depth articles about some truly exciting new features. Highlights include full PDF/UA support for creating accessible PDFs that meet compliance standards and the introduction of dialog boxes to the Core version of our document editor. These additions bring more interactivity and a richer user experience to web and cross-platform applications. These additions are another big step in making document processing more inclusive, powerful, and user-friendly.
