TX Text Control RapidSpell .NET for Windows Forms Released

TX Text Control RapidSpell .NET for Windows Forms, developed with Keyoti, adds full spell checking to TX Text Control for both Windows Forms and ASP.NET applications. It includes spell-as-you-type, a suggestion dialog, and five dictionaries covering English variants and German.

TX Text Control RapidSpell .NET for Windows Forms Released

Text ControlFinally, we released our new spell check component TX Text Control RapidSpell .NET for Windows Forms. This .NET component is a co-operation between the software vendor Keyoti Inc. and us.

TX Text Control RapidSpell .NET for Windows Forms is ideally suited to all TX Text Control .NET for Windows Forms applications that demand powerful and fast spell checking and can be used for Windows Forms applications (TXTextControl.TextControl) and ASP.NET web applications (TXTextControl.BrowserTextControl).

No code is required to connect both controls in order to provide a feature-rich spell checking interface:

Spell-As-You-Type

TX Text Control RapidSpell .NET for Windows Forms persistently highlights errors as the user continues to work (type, scroll etc). Right-clicking on a highlight presents a context menu with suggestions and options to 'Ignore All' or 'Add' to user dictionary.

Spell dialog

The TX Text Control RapidSpell .NET for Windows Forms dialog provides all the usual GUI features, add, undo, options, change, change all, ignore, ignore all, smart suggestions and double word detection.

  • Combined English (~155k words)
  • German (old and new spelling)
  • Australian
  • Canadian
  • Others like medical dictionaries are available
