New Installation with Delphi 6 and 7

To import TX Text Control in Delphi 6 or 7, a Delphi unit is contained in the TX Text Control installation.

In the Delphi development enviroment choose Install Component from the Component menu entry. On the first tab of the opened dialog, click the first Browse... button to insert the TX Text Control unit.

Navigate to the Delphi 6-7 subfolder contained in your TX Text Control installation directory, choose the Tx4oleLib_TLB.pas file and click on Open. Confirm the settings with OK.

The dclusr.dpk package has been opened. Click on Compile to build the package. After that, close the package.

A new tab "TX Text Control" has been created in the Component Palettes containing all 4 controls of TX Text Control.
