With Text Control, you can add lines and frames to a paragraph or a range of paragraphs. For instance, you can put a line on top of a caption like in the property reference of the printed manual.
The dialog box for paragraph frames is not included in the Text Control, but the source code is included in the TXWords sample.
The properties which are responsible for paragraph frames are FrameDistance, FrameLineWidth, and FrameStyle.
