The RESTful web service ReportingCloud is a Web API powered reporting platform that provides the mail merge and reporting functionality of the powerful .NET component TX Text Control.

End-user applications should be based on an APIs and should be split into Microservices. This strategy enables websites and apps for all platforms to be built on top of this API.

This tutorial shows how to use the Text Control ReportingCloud .NET Wrapper to create your first ReportingCloud application.

2D and 3D chart objects can be added to documents and merged with data using the reporting framework MailMerge. The chart layout tab was part of our sample TX Text Control Words and in version X15, it will be extracted as an improved version that can be used as an out-of-the-box ribbon tab directly in your TX Text Control-based application.

A highly requested feature for our HTML5-based Web.TextControl is the ability to show field overlays or custom elements such as HTML form elements on top of all types of fields.
