This chapter shows how to create a word processor application with a ribbon interface from scratch with just a few lines of code. It uses the included, ready-to-use Windows.Forms.Ribbon.Ribbon control and pre-configured ribbon tabs that implement typical word processing tasks. Step 1 shows how to add a ribbon bar and the ribbon tabs. In step 2, contextual ribbon tabs for table and frame layout tasks are added and connected. In step 3, Windows.Forms.Ribbon.Ribbon.ApplicationMenuItems are added to load and save documents.
