We are happy to announce that Text Control will be sponsoring and exhibiting at Developer World [DWX 2026](https://www.developer-world.com/dwx) in Mannheim, Germany from June 29th to July 2nd, 2026 once again. As a longtime supporter of the conference, we look forward to returning with our team for another week of technical discussions, product demonstrations, and valuable conversations with developers, architects, partners, and customers from across the software industry.

For many years, DWX has been a key event on our conference calendar. It is a place where we reconnect with longtime customers, meet new developers who are evaluating document processing technologies, and exchange ideas with partners and friends from the community. The technical depth of the sessions, broad technology coverage, and open atmosphere make DWX one of our favorite events of the year.

At our booth, visitors will have the opportunity to see the latest developments across the Text Control product portfolio. We will showcase our industry-leading document processing and PDF technologies for .NET, including document generation, editing, viewing, PDF processing, digital signatures, and workflow automation solutions.

![Text Control at DWX](https://s1-www.textcontrol.com/assets/dist/blog/2026/06/08/b/assets/tx_dwx_01.webp "Text Control at DWX")

This year, a major focus will be [SignFabric](https://www.textcontrol.com/blog/2026/05/06/introducing-signfabric-an-open-source-enterprise-ready-esign-platform-built-with-tx-text-control/llms-full.txt), our open-source, enterprise-ready e-signature platform built with TX Text Control. We will demonstrate how organizations can deploy their own signing infrastructure, maintain full control over documents and certificates, and integrate signing workflows into existing business applications.

### There May be Something Else, Too

We have been working on a new technology for several years that challenges some of the fundamental assumptions behind document editing software. If all goes as planned, the DWX 2026 will be the first opportunity to see it in action.

We believe this technology is unique in the industry, representing a significant advancement rather than an incremental improvement. It has the potential to transform how developers create document editing experiences and how users interact with business documents.

This is not another PDF feature, AI integration, or workflow enhancement. It is a completely new approach to document editing that we believe is unique in the market and unlike anything currently offered by our competitors. More details will follow.

### Björn's Recommended Workshops and Sessions

With such a wide range of topics covered in the extensive agenda of workshops and sessions, it can be difficult to decide which ones to attend. Below are some of my personal recommendations, which are based on the speakers, topics, and relevance to current trends in software development.

**Workshops**

**Web Application Security Bootcamp mit den OWASP Top Tens**
 [Christian Wenz](https://www.linkedin.com/in/christianwenz/)

Security remains one of the most important topics in modern software development. Christian's workshops are always practical, entertaining, and packed with knowledge that developers can immediately apply to their own projects.

**Modern Software Architectures**
 [David Tielke](https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidtielke/)

Software architecture decisions often have a greater long-term impact than implementation details. David is known for presenting architectural concepts in a practical and approachable way, making this workshop a great choice for developers and architects alike.

**Sessions**

**Microsoft Agent Framework: AI-Agenten entwerfen und entwickeln**
 [Jörg Neumann](https://www.linkedin.com/in/j%C3%B6rgneumann/)

AI agents are rapidly becoming one of the most interesting areas in enterprise software development. If you want to understand where Microsoft's agent strategy is heading and how to build your own solutions, this session should be high on your list.

**A Deep-Dive into Asynchronous Programming in .NET**
 [Dennis Doomen](https://www.linkedin.com/in/dennisdoomen/)

Asynchronous programming remains one of the most powerful and misunderstood areas of .NET development. Dennis is one of the best speakers when it comes to explaining complex technical topics with clarity and depth.

**.NET 10 Desktop Development: Was ist neu in WPF, WinForms und WinUI 3**
 [Thomas Claudius Huber](https://www.linkedin.com/in/thomasclaudiushuber/)

Desktop development continues to be highly relevant for many business applications. Thomas always delivers excellent insights into Microsoft's desktop technologies and what developers can expect from upcoming releases.

**Stakeholder-Management in komplexen Systemen - Wenn Kommunikation nicht reicht**
 [Ina Einemann](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ina-einemann/)

Successful software projects depend on much more than technology. Understanding stakeholders, expectations, and communication challenges is a critical skill for developers, architects, and project leaders.

**GitHub Copilot: Die Agents sind da ... und gekommen, um zu bleiben**
 [Neno Loje](https://www.linkedin.com/in/neno-loje/)

AI-assisted development is evolving rapidly, and GitHub Copilot agents are becoming an increasingly important part of the developer toolbox. This session promises practical insights into what these new capabilities mean for day-to-day development.

**.NET MAUI 10: Endlich erwachsen - Hybrid, KI und die Rückkehr des .NET Cross-Platform-Traums**
 [André Krämer](https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrekraemer/)

Cross-platform development has been a major topic in the .NET ecosystem for years. André's session will provide an honest look at where .NET MAUI stands today and what developers can expect from the next generation of cross-platform application development.

Of course, these are just a few recommendations from an extensive and impressive agenda. No matter which technologies or disciplines interest you most, DWX provides ample opportunities to learn something new and come home with fresh ideas.

### Join Us at DWX Developer Week 2026
