TX Text Control provides comprehensive support for bullets and numbered lists. Lists can be incremented and numbered automatically.
Virtually every conceivable attribute of the bullets and numbered lists can be user defined, including the type and shape of bullet. They can be used from program code, or via the integrated dialog box and buttons on the button bar.
