For the past four years, I have been working at Text Control GmbH in the position of TX Text Control Support Engineer.
My daily work consists of helping and supporting customers and prospects, as well as administering the TX Text Control forums. A typical day includes developing code samples or snippets, analyzing error reports and working with the development team. Additionally, I occasionally participate in online meetings with customers and partners.
I post to the blog every now and then, mostly when there is something of special interest to our customers.
I am very interested in new technologies and have quite a bit of experience with different operating systems. Often this specialized knowledge come to the good of our customers.
If you have any problem using our products, I would be glad to assist you.
