I am based at the European Headquarters of Text Control GmbH, in Bremen, Germany and have been working here since the Summer of 2000.

My primary responsibility in the TX Text Control team lies in technical support. I converse with our customers and prospects on the phone and e-mail with them daily.

In these exchanges with our customers, I often come across technical areas which we can better explain. I use the TX Text Control blog to vent these ideas and occasionally publish technical articles.

Furthermore, I work with a number of partner web sites to further distribute our articles and press materials.
