How to download TX Text Control ActiveX v10.10 Retail

You should follow these instructions to get TX Text Control ActiveX v10.10, if you purchased TX Text Control ActiveX v10.00 using the TX Text Control Store and selected ESD as shipment method (i.e. you downloaded the retail version when you first placed your order).

How to download

As this is a retail version, TX Text Control ActiveX v10.10 must be downloaded from the TX Text Control Store. To do this, you must have purchased TX Text Control from the TX Text Control Store and have your password handy.

Log onto the TX Text Control Store

1. Go to the TX Text Control Store.
   
   
2. Enter your e-mail address in the 'E-Mail Address' field and your password in the 'Password (or old Access Code)' field. Then click on the 'Start with Password' button. If you have forgotten your password, please use the 'Forgotten Your Password?' link.
   
   
3. Once you have logged on, select 'Download TX Text Control Retail' from the menu, as illustrated below:
   
   
   
4. You will be presented with a screen that is similar to the one below:
   
   
   
5. When the download is complete, close the browser window or select 'Log Out'.

Serial numbers

The serial number that you were allocated for TX Text Control 10.00 is equally valid for TX Text Control ActiveX v10.10. Therefore, you will not be allocated a new serial number - please use your existing one.
