MediNote Suite

MediNote Suite was developed by physicians specifically for practitioners requiring information that needs to be accessed and entered from multiple points within their facility. MediNote Suite offers powerful solutions that are fully scalable. This provides impressive functionality for multi-specialty, multi-site practices, while retaining the flexibility to empower the solo practitioner. With MediNote Suite, laptop owners can update and enter patient information off site, and synchronize new information when arriving at the outpatient practice.

MediNote incorporates graphical user interface technologies that mirror the traditional paper medical record, making the product easy to learn and use. Patient data can be entered with a mouse, touch screen, optical mark scanner, or standard keyboard, or using voice recognition. The information obtained at each encounter is stored in a dynamic, object oriented, relational database allowing users easy access from workstation, laptop, or multiple sites within the office. Records are electronically stored and made available for emailing, faxing or printing.

The main point of entry for patient specific information is at the level of the patient chart. From here the user with valid security privileges can enter and obtain information about the patient at the click of the button.

TX Text Control enabled us to develop a WYSIWYG interface that users are familiar with. TX Text Control also enabled DocuMedix to create an interactive, point-and-click interface that actually ties all information to a relational database.

Thanks to the ability of the TX Text Control to dynamically add fields and store that information, MediNote� users have the ability to create their own style of documents without any programming skills, thus making the software almost completely customizable. This makes MediNote� the most flexible and easy to use clinical documentation system on the market.
